ExperienceNaomi has extensive experience in the areas of will drafting, estate administration and estate litigation. She has had the direct control and management of complex estate matters in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Queensland Court of Appeal, with particular experience in the conduct and finalisation of the administration of large estates where there is ongoing multi-party litigation. Her estate administration experience extends to include applications to court for probate and various grants of representation and attending to transfers and transmissions of property. On the other hand she is also experienced in trust and estate litigation including family provision applications (acting for both estates and applicants), caveats over wills and litigation under the Powers of Attorney Act. Naomi also has interests in family law, having lectured the subject atJames Cook University in 2006. Naomi has published several articles on the interface between law and medicine, in publications including The University of New South Wales Law Journal and the Medical Journal of Australia.
