Experience

Doug has been practicing in the litigation and dispute resolution area for over 20 years. His experience extends from negotiation and mediation, through to trial representation. He became a Queensland Law Society Accredited Mediator in 2005.

Doug and his team engage in strategic planning for the early resolution of commercial and other disputes and keep up to date with changes in the law by regularly engaging in continuing legal education programs, conferences and masterclasses.

Doug is active outside the office in the local cultural and sporting community and is the current President of Cairns Surf Lifesaving Club.
