Eddy is the Partner leading the WGC Family Law team.

His specific areas of practice include:

Experience

Eddy has been practising almost exclusively in family law since 1987, becoming an accredited specialist in the area in 1996. He has wideranging experience in complex children and property cases. He has achieved successful resolution of complicated separations including representation at trials and appeals.

Whilst his principal practice area is family law, he also acts for a select commercial property client base. This combined experience enables Eddy to provide a unique viewpoint for his family law clients who operate in the business and corporate sector. Eddy has many years experience in Wills and Estate Planning and as acting as an executor in estates. Estate advice is recommended upon the breakdown of a relationship.
