Experience

Michael has over 25 years commercial experience with particular expertise in unit and hotel developments, management rights and the Body Corporate and Community Management Act.

Michael has acted for many of the major developers in the region including the Daikyo Group and the Hedley Group.  He has been involved in major hotel and commercial property acquisitions and disposals.  He has also acted in a number of landmark valuation cases including Trinity Wharf, the Hilton, Cairns International and Matson Resort.

Michael was a Founding Director of the Edward Koch Foundation and has been a regional representative on the Queensland Law Society Property and Practice Committee.
