Jodie is a Solicitor within the WGC Family Law team.

Her specific areas of practice include:

• Separation and Separation Agreements
• Pre-nuptial, Cohabitation and Binding Financial Agreements
• Child and Spousal Maintenance including Child Support

Experience

Jodie commenced her career in Victoria with a specialist family law firm before joining WGC in 2009.

Her experience extends to all facets of separation, divorce, property settlements and childrens matters.

She has appeared on behalf of clients at subpoena hearings and court trials. She also has experience with working with an independent children’s lawyer. Jodie has experience with dealing with people from all walks of life.

She has volunteered her time within the community including organisations such as the law student society committee and the leadership group for the Yarra Valley womens football.
