Rachael is a Solicitor within the WGC Litigation team.  She joined WGC in 2010 and is a graduate of James Cook University in Cairns.

Her specific areas of practice include:

Rachael works closely with Tanya Straguszi to ensure that each of our personal litigation clients receive professional and comprehensive legal representation.  She also has the conduct and control of general litigation and debt recovery matters.

Whilst completing her law degree Rachael participated in regular work experience within a mid-tier firm in Cairns and gained hands on experience in a wide variety of legal matters.  Her experience extended to preparation of court proceedings, conducting research, case management and maintaining client relations.

Rachael is an active member of the local business community and in particular is a committee member of the Far North Queensland Law Association and an active member of the Cairns Business Women's Club.
