Experience

Travis joined WGC in 2009. He has over 5 years legal experience, gained through working in both a medium size law firm and with a sole practitioner. His experience extends to commercial and civil litigation, building and construction litigation including body corporate disputes, and workplace and employment law.

Travis possesses unique real life experience having been part of a management team for a commercial/tourism business for 5 years wherein he provided in-house legal advice on matters such as employment, property and development law. He has also run his own successful small business, which gives him insight into issues that his small business clients face every day.

Travis has an enthusiasm for the law.  He is an active member of the management committee of the Cairns Community Legal Centre.  He is also involved in Far North Queensland Law Association and is a member of the Queensland Law Society.
